VIE – Key Account Manager for Employment & Learning (d/f/m), Donauwörth

This position is part of the VIE program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment. It offers young professionals paid international work experience in a technical or business role at Airbus.

Location

Donauwörth, where Airbus develops helicopters from conception to testing on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support resource reviews and develop related action plans for competence, employment, and learning strategies.
• Follow up on action plans with a multifunctional team.
• Lead projects related to competence development, employment, and learning innovations, including onboarding, reporting activities, internal mobility, and participation in related projects and groups.

Qualifications

• Master\’s degree in Human Resources, International Business, Communications, or similar.
• Team player with experience working in diverse teams.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in data analytics.
• Structured working approach.
• Interest in social media and digital communication.
• International experience from studies, internships, or jobs abroad.
• Proficiency in English; German skills are a plus.
