We are seeking a Web Analytics Architect to join our team in Munich. As part of The Marcom Engine, a leading platform in customer journey management, you will work within interdisciplinary teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies across 26 markets.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, deploying, and optimizing tag management systems, with a focus on Adobe Launch, JavaScript, and Web Analytics, supporting international brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tracking solutions that enhance marketing and web analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Adobe Launch implementations for multiple markets.
  • Integrate third-party marketing pixels, tracking scripts, and event-based analytics.
  • Coordinate with engineering and marketing teams to ensure accurate tag deployment.
  • Implement JavaScript-based tracking solutions for user interactions and e-commerce.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Adobe Analytics data discrepancies and tracking issues.
  • Optimize tag firing for performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with developers, marketing, and analytics stakeholders to meet business needs.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in web and digital analytics roles.
  • Expertise in Adobe Launch, including data layers, rules, and extensions.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for tracking implementations and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics (GA4), and other tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Tag Manager, Server-Side Tagging, and Consent Management Platforms.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable data layers.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and data privacy regulations.
