Role overview

As Brand Partnership Manager (Business Development) , you will bring value to our clients and prospective clients by introducing them to our influencer marketing tech platform. You will forge long-term partnerships between Metapic and leading fashion and beauty brands, ensuring we meet their goals and expectations. Your role is instrumental to our growth, requiring high client satisfaction and strong commercial acumen.

Your performance will significantly impact the team and results, making this an excellent opportunity for entrepreneurial talents. You will join a fast-paced startup environment with substantial responsibilities from day one.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Manage multiple top-revenue client partnerships, ensuring excellent customer service.
  2. Oversee the entire sales process to meet performance metrics, focusing on both existing and new accounts.
  3. Lead the full sales cycle, prospecting new customers, especially in fashion, beauty, and home & living sectors, expanding our customer base (e.g., Asos, Mango, Otto, Lyko, NordicNest).
  4. Collaborate with the Influencer Partnerships Manager to manage seeding campaigns, selecting influencers suitable for client demographics and ensuring satisfaction.
  5. Analyze potential customer performance and identify business opportunities using Metapic.
  6. Provide feedback to Marketing and Product teams to enhance the customer experience with Metapic.
  7. Seek out profitable partnerships and business opportunities actively.
  8. Contribute ideas and skills to shape Metapic’s future mission.

Your Profile

  • Proven success in sales.
  • Ability to understand and communicate customer needs effectively.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to close deals.
  • Team player contributing to collective success.
  • Native/bilingual German and professional English skills.
  • Social media expertise, especially Instagram and TikTok.
  • Understanding of digital marketing used by advertisers and publishers.
  • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Knowledge of the European e-Commerce and influencer markets is a plus.
