Job Description:
For our partner company in the healthcare sector, we are looking for a Business Continuity Manager (f/m/d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).
You will be responsible for the conception, implementation and optimization of BCM and IT emergency management.
A start is possible immediately or at a later date.

Your Responsibilities:
- Design, implementation and optimization of BCM and IT emergency management
- Development and implementation of business impact and risk analyses
- Creation of business continuation and restart plans as well as emergency manuals for critical business processes in close cooperation with product management and specialist departments
- Preparation, implementation and moderation of emergency tests and derivation of suitable measures for improvement
- Advising and supporting the individual departments on issues relating to BCM and IT emergency management
- Operational control and coordination of IT emergencies
- Planning and implementing exercises and tests of BCM and emergency plans as well as training courses
Your Profile:
- Experience in IT emergency management and knowledge of BCM processes
- Experience in common standards and norms, such as ISO 22301 and BSI Standard 200-4
- Analytical and organized way of working with a solution-oriented character
- Sense of responsibility, initiative and very good coordination skills
