We are seeking a passionate Consultant for Microsoft Portal Solutions to join our team in Saarbrücken. This role involves designing and implementing innovative customer self-service solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Pages.

As a Consultant in the Customer Service team, you will advise clients on Microsoft solutions and manage projects from needs analysis through conception, implementation, and rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Consulting on the digitalization of customer-oriented business processes within a holistic customer experience framework.
2. Designing portal solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Pages.
3. Creating responsive web designs following UX guidelines.
4. Configuring, customizing, and developing solutions using no-code/low-code approaches.
5. Leading projects and sub-projects, conducting workshops and training sessions with clients.
6. Sharing knowledge within the team and across the company and group.

Qualifications:

• Ideally 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or portal projects.
• Proficiency with personas and wireframes.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, or Power Pages.
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and experience with agile projects.
