What you’ll do
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve leading product innovation and contribute to a more sustainable built environment by combining cutting-edge technologies, sustainable practices, and market-driven solutions.
- Develop initiatives to achieve the company’s CO2 reduction targets and ensure projects comply with environmental standards and green building certifications, such as LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) or BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) and DGNB.
- Oversee the integration of advanced technologies to improve project management, safety, and productivity.
- Lead the regional technical support to ensure alignment between global product development and regional requirements for performance, regulatory, and sustainable goals.
- Oversee Quality Management to ensure all products meet or exceed industry standards for durability, performance, and sustainability.
Who you are
- You have established the basis for your professional journey through a degree in the field of Engineering.
- Extensive experience in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related industry with significant time spent in roles focused on technology, innovation & sustainability is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of advanced construction technologies and proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, managing projects, and driving strategic initiatives is a must.
- You have the ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with the organization’s mission and objectives. Furthermore, you are skilled in leading organizational change, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent cross-functional communication as well as presentation skills and fluency in English round off your profile.
