Facility Management Specialist (m/w/d), Wiesbaden
We are seeking a Facility Management Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team in Wiesbaden. This position offers flexible working hours, hybrid work options, and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of building technology and infrastructure
- Implement construction measures in collaboration with specialists and contractors
- Coordinate and lead maintenance and repair activities
- Manage external technical service providers from selection to collaboration
- Oversee the entire order and invoice verification process
- Supervise contracts to ensure clear agreements and successful partnerships
- Maintain and update facility documentation and data
Qualifications
- Independent, goal-oriented, and service-focused work attitude
- Technical degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience in technical building management is desirable
- Basic knowledge of CAFM systems
- Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and team orientation
- Strong focus on quality, time, and cost management
