Group Sourcing & Procurement manager

Job Description:

• Establish sourcing and procurement best practices across the Group.
• Organize and lead tenders to support markets in obtaining the best conditions for their needs.
• Serve as a trusted business partner for colleagues mainly in Operations and IT, relying on your expertise and knowledge.
• Manage supplier relationships effectively.
• Collaborate with country teams to deliver strategic sourcing initiatives that improve their and the group\’s P&L.
• Drive continuous operational improvements and initiatives.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience. Looking for a good communicator, analytical, data-driven, ambitious, curious, and eager to learn.
• Experience in business negotiation, consulting, project & budget management, sourcing & procurement, or expansion is a plus but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and quick decision-making abilities.
• High energy, self-starter attitude, curiosity, and courage to challenge the status quo.
• Knowledge of German or Czech is a plus but not essential.
