JOB DETAILS

Role Title: Customer Engineer
Contract duration: 3 years
Location: This is a hybrid role requiring the candidate to travel within Germany to client site.

Candidates should have a German language proficiency of minimum B1-B2 level.
Required Core Skills:
– Experience with Enterprise customers, 5+ years of project experience.
– Designing and implementing Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments.
– Experience in Entra ID and Entra Connect.

Should have skills:
– Good understanding of M365 fundamentals.
– Deep understanding of Exchange server and hybrid architecture 2016, 2019.
– Deep troubleshooting skills with Exchange server and hybrid Exchange environments.
– Designing & implementing services of MS Exchange server.
– Experience in assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, providing best practice recommendations.
– Experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations.
– Deep understanding of SMTP.
– Deep understanding of Active Directory architecture.
