Job Description:

IU International University is seeking a Professor (m/f/d) for the Marketing degree program at our Berlin campus for the winter term 2025/26. The position is limited to 2 years, full-time (5 days on campus) or part-time (3 days on campus), starting October 1, 2025.

Responsibilities include:

• Representing Marketing in teaching and research within the bachelor\’s program
• Developing and leading face-to-face lectures on campus
• Supervising students during exams and thesis preparation
• Teaching practical fundamental knowledge in Marketing, including International Marketing and International Brand Management
• Collaborating on developing teaching formats within IU’s didactic concept

Qualifications:

• University degree in Marketing or related field with outstanding academic performance
• Ph.D. or equivalent
• At least five years of practical work experience, including three outside academia
• Experience in academic teaching is a plus
• Proven expertise through publications or projects
• Team-oriented, reliable, and capable of conducting virtual lectures
• Residing permanently in Germany
• English skills at C1 level (CEFR)
