What you´ll do

• Deploy the Global Hygiene Program within the Region, ensuring the effective implementation of Standards, processes, and microbiology technologies/methods.
• Direct microbiology testing to assure data accuracy and timely, confidential communication of results, including proficiency testing programs.
• Lead and perform Plant Hygiene audits and Microbiology Laboratory audits.
• Provide deep technical expertise in laboratory and operational microbiology to support regional Hygiene incidents and the development of Hygiene Standards for new product development.
• Offer technical guidance and consultancy (FMEA) to project teams to ensure manufacturing processes and environments are microbiologically safe.
