Apply now! JOB OPENING Title: Relocation Readiness/Lending Closet Administrator Location: Wiesbaden, Germany Start date: 1 June 2025 Job-Type: Full Time (40 hours/week) Summary: Administrator needed to provide Relocation Program Services to US servicemembers, civilians, and their families.
Duties include managing the Lending Closet, Sponsorship Program, Spouse Orientation, Welcome Packets, and supporting Foreign Born Spouse and Hearts Apart Programs.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of customer service experience in a front desk/reception environment.
- Experience in conducting briefings, trainings, preparing correspondence, and creating lesson plans.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Lending Closet transactions, maintain inventory, and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare and distribute Welcome Packets bi-weekly.
- Provide relocation briefings and organize support programs for spouses.
- Assist in organizing events, maintaining databases, and supporting program activities.
