Your Responsibilities
- Advise clients on defining and implementing cybersecurity and information risk management systems to prepare for threats and disruptive changes.
- Understand IT and compliance requirements for financial services companies and advise on their innovative, technology-supported implementation through robust processes, automation, and IT tools.
- Develop business continuity and IT service continuity strategies and processes to ensure resilience against unexpected events like disasters.
- Design sourcing strategies, control processes, and risk management frameworks for collaborations between financial institutions and their service providers, including hyperscalers.
- Work effectively in interdisciplinary teams, solving complex problems, and taking early responsibility in an international environment with leading players in the German financial market.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored, tool-based solutions that comply with legal requirements.
Your Profile
- Initial knowledge in at least two of the following areas: AIT, Digital Operational Resilience Act, ISO 27001, Business Continuity Management, Third Party Risk Management.
- Results-oriented with high motivation and enthusiasm.
- Innovative thinker willing to explore new paths.
- Motivated to deepen knowledge through certifications like CISA, CISM, ISO 27001, ISO 22031.
- Project management skills and understanding of processes and their interrelations.
- Some familiarity with cybersecurity, GRC tools (e.g., ServiceNow, RSA Archer, Jira) is advantageous.
- Interest in AI applications and their potential to improve cybersecurity processes.
