Your Responsibilities:

• Advising national and international clients from industry and services on optimizing and strategically aligning CO-relevant business processes in S/4HANA
• Developing SAP solutions for controlling processes and related procurement, finance, logistics, and HR processes in collaboration with business and IT teams
• Managing the entire project cycle from analysis and conception to implementation within SAP landscapes
• Onboarding and mentoring new team members professionally and methodologically
• Contributing to team development and actively shaping knowledge sharing on current IT and industry topics

Your Profile:

• Independent, structured, focused, analytical, entrepreneurial working style
• Interest in new topics, projects, and people; high standards for work quality
• Effective communication skills in collaboration and leadership of diverse teams; ability to understand customer requirements through perspective shifts and deliver added value; fluent in German and English
• Knowledge of comprehensive business processes in SAP; technical and functional expertise in SAP CO
• Extensive experience in controlling and project management; experience as a consultant or career switcher into consulting for experienced users or key users; degree in computer science or economics
