Your responsibilities:
- Serve as a Senior Payroll Specialist, acting as a key contact for HR administrative and payroll topics, including:
- Ongoing payroll accounting for employees
- Processing salary payments and related processes
- Advising employees, managers, and HRBPs on labor law and HR issues
- Communicating with authorities and offices
- Designing and supporting HRIS systems (BMD, BambooHR, ATOSS)
- Maintaining and updating payroll data
- Supporting digitalization and optimization of payroll processes
Your expertise:
We value your proactive attitude, communication skills, resilience under stress, quick learning ability, and attention to detail. You should also have:
- Several years of relevant experience in payroll accounting
- Completed commercial training (e.g., HAK, university/university of applied sciences)
- Excellent knowledge of German labor law and operational personnel administration (payroll & time management)
- Experience in tax consulting industry is a plus
- Good IT skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Fluent communication skills in German and English
