Are you interested in leveraging your stakeholder management, program management, and relationship building skills to join a dynamic team responsible for showcasing selling on Amazon worldwide? We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, outgoing, high-judgement, results-oriented, and inventive Senior Program Manager for a role that works closely with selling partners and internal teams on initiatives to highlight Amazon’s stores as a great place to build and grow thriving businesses.

This includes working with teams such as Seller Business, Public Policy, and Public Relations to develop initiatives that help determine which selling partners and products best serve these teams. You will build relationships with selling partners to advocate for selling in our stores by sharing their stories and amplifying their voices to internal teams to improve seller experiences. The role requires significant coordination and management of partners, emphasizing influencing without authority, collaboration, clear communication, and milestone management.

The ideal candidate has high judgement, thrives in ambiguity, and can develop and iterate on programs and mechanisms to improve service delivery in international markets. They can set strategic direction, build consensus, influence senior leadership, and collaborate across teams for favorable outcomes.

Key job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Public Policy, Public Relations, Seller Business, Marketing, Legal) to build, implement, and scale our global business model.
  • Work with stakeholders to implement country-specific roadmaps and goals that amplify the seller\’s voice through impactful engagements like local events and media.
  • Identify and support cross-functional goals, measure data, and present findings to senior leaders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers to understand their objectives, share their stories, and resolve inquiries.
  • Define project plans, execute to high standards, and coordinate communication in a fast-paced environment.
  • Facilitate communication between sellers and internal teams.
  • Champion the vision and strategy, influencing global stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs with operational constraints.

Basic Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and reporting to senior leadership
  • Fluency in both German and English (C2 level or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master\’s degree or MBA in business, operations, HR, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related fields
  • Experience leading process improvements
