In Proposal Management, you will oversee our proposal processes for potential new clients and existing customers, creating compelling sales documents. You will plan and coordinate different proposal phases, actively apply your communication and project management skills, and enhance the quality and success of our proposals.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing proposal processes for new and existing clients
2. Coordinating all involved members of the proposal team
3. Advising on proposal strategies and competitor analyses
4. Supporting proposal teams in creating convincing proposal texts
5. Optimizing Proposal Management processes
6. Holding a degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
7. Extensive professional experience in Bid Management or Proposal Management, ideally at an IT service provider
8. Experience with public tenders and knowledge of procurement law are desirable
9. APMP certification is a plus
10. Attention to detail, quality consciousness, high responsibility, reliability, and helpfulness
11. Excellent communication skills in German and English
