In Proposal Management, you will oversee our proposal processes for potential new clients and existing customers, transforming proposals into compelling sales documents. You will plan and coordinate different proposal phases, actively contribute your communication and project management skills, and enhance the quality and success of our offers.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the proposal processes for potential new clients and existing customers
• Coordinating all involved team members
• Advising on proposal strategies and competitor analyses
• Supporting proposal teams in creating persuasive proposal texts
• Optimizing Proposal Management processes

Qualifications:

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Extensive professional experience in Bid Management or Proposal Management, ideally within an IT service company
• Experience in handling public tenders and knowledge of procurement law is desirable
• APMP certification is a plus
• Attention to detail, quality consciousness, high sense of responsibility, reliability, and helpfulness
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
