Day-To-Day:

• Lead consulting and implementation projects for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Define client-specific solution architectures for PLM, focusing on Application or Technical Architecture as required
• Analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement them with cross-functional teams
• Ensure quality through appropriate methods and software engineering processes
• Design standardized solution components as part of the Services portfolio
• Support the development of methods and strategies of PTC Customer Success in PLM
• Identify potential new projects with customers and support new business acquisition
• Provide technical support for sales and marketing activities for strategic customers in Europe

Your Profile:

• Educational background in Engineering/Industrial Engineering or Computer Science (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree)
• 4+ years of experience in business processes or IT consulting, e.g., as Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Software Developer, or Project Manager
• Able to work autonomously and focus on goals
• Customer service-oriented
• Experience in conducting and managing workshops
• Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing PLM software
• Knowledge of IT architecture related to PLM (client-server, cloud, SaaS), software development, interface and web technologies, and database systems
• Specific industry knowledge in automotive, aerospace, medical technology, electronics, high-tech, or mechanical engineering
• Good proficiency in English; German/French is a plus
• Willingness to travel

As a Technical Architect, you will be a key stakeholder, leading delivery efforts with various teams and working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
