Sensory Panel Manager

Join our social network platform. We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and develop our sensory panel operations and contribute to the growth of SAM Germany.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute partnership relations with clients.
2. Manage planning for sensory panels at both macro (business and research projects) and micro levels (expert panel session definition, test design setup).
3. Moderate expert panel sessions for training and evaluation.
4. Oversee panel performance, including questionnaire development, data analysis, providing recommendations, and executing action plans.
5. Prepare raw data for client delivery.
6. Create analysis reports and provide actionable recommendations.
7. Present results to clients.
8. Coordinate recruitment and selection of new panelists as needed.
9. Collaborate with team members to develop the Sensory Team, improving recruitment, data analysis, and performance processes.
10. Participate actively in the development of SAM Germany by collaborating with research teams across countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s or Master’s degree in Sensory Science or related field.
• Experience in Expert Panel Moderation.
• Strong knowledge of sensory approaches and statistical analysis related to Sensory Science.
• Fluent in German (spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with survey software (e.g., RedJade) is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and intercultural environments.
• Open-minded, sociable, and creative mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines.
