You will be responsible for understanding company requirements for fleet and leasing processes and effectively conveying them to our software developers. As an essential part of our consulting and development teams, you will accompany projects in close customer contact, starting from the analysis and specification of business solutions and decision templates, taking into account technical, architectural, process-related, and operative requirements.

Your role includes modelling business processes, ensuring acceptance, and facilitating productive rollout. You will provide our customers with a comprehensive support experience: looking after and advising them individually, responding to their interests and concerns, and training them in our products.
