YOUR ROLE – THAT WAITS FOR YOU

Do you enjoy working at the intersection of business and IT? Do you have experience managing software projects, business and process analysis, and familiarity with the IT service provider industry? You will manage complex IT consulting and software development projects, advising clients across sectors with flexibility. As a generalist in project management, you will face exciting tasks in a constantly evolving environment, offering creative freedom and opportunities to influence our growth.

• Planning, implementation, and management of industry-agnostic IT consulting and software development projects, especially fixed-price projects
• Managing project timelines, quality, budget, and leading project teams
• Communicating with client representatives from various business and IT areas
• Acting as the interface between business units and IT
• Conducting process analysis, optimization, requirements engineering, and conceptual work at client sites
• Facilitating assessments and strategy workshops at client locations
• Supporting account management, acquisition, and pre-sales activities, including network building and lead generation

YOUR SKILLS – WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Proven expertise: At least 4 years in software project management, business analysis, or conceptual work
• Education: Degree in (business) informatics, economics/business administration, or equivalent
• Language skills: Fluent in English and either German (C1) or French (C1)
• Practical knowledge and certifications in agile methods, test management, and requirements engineering
• Advanced process modeling skills (BPMN)
• Certifications such as IPMA Level C, PMP, or Hermes Advanced preferred or willingness to obtain
• Quick understanding, solution-oriented thinking, and ability to adapt knowledge to various industries and client needs
• Dynamic, eloquent, enthusiastic, and adaptable personality
