Design a diverse portfolio of flagship events, community meet ups, and hackathons.Oversee the entire lifecycle of events, from planning to execution and post-event evaluation. Ensure exceptional attendee experiences through innovative design and seamless organisation.Manage and optimize an annual events budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation and maximizing ROI. Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to achieve strategic objectives.Lead and mentor a small team of experienced events professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Provide growth opportunities to enhance team capabilities.Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across the blockchain ecosystem.
