With operations under both Swiss and Maltese AOCs, we specialize in the charter, management, and trade of business jets.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Engage with clients: receive customer flight requests and coordinate with the Flight Operations department.
  • Coordinate services: arrange additional luxury services based on customer needs.
  • Liaise with stakeholders: communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor processes: ensure all processes are completed on time and monitor all flights and third-party services.
  • Build relationships: maintain communication with customers and company departments.

Candidate’s profile and prerequisites:

  • Languages: fluent in French and English is mandatory. Proficiency in any additional language is a must.
  • Multitasking: able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Organized: excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: strong ability to build relationships with customers and maintain a positive telephone demeanor.
