ALSO is a leading technology provider in the European IT market and brings providers and buyers of the ICT industry together. To support our growth, we’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our central engineering team.
In this role, you will be part of a small and highly efficient team. We offer you a dynamic environment and the opportunity to work in an agile, motivated, and experienced international team with constant learning opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirement refinement and planning quality assurance activities.
- Work closely with the Development Team and Product Owner to provide support in quality assurance.
- Create, maintain, and manage test plans and scenarios.
- Participate in the full sprint cycle working together with the team from Development to Delivery scope.
- Understand and foresee the quality state of product and deliverables.
- Ensure regular QA reporting is organized and done.
- Analyze test and defect results, improve ways of working and artifacts accordingly.
- Drive QA Ways of Working to improve Testing Excellence and Test Management.
Your Profile:
Open-minded QA Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Experience in Application Testing – Frontend and Backend parts of the product.
- Experience in managing testing environment.
- Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps, Selenium, Databases, Linux, and Git.
- Experience in testing Soap and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience in Test Management Tools.
- Knowledge of different QA Methodologies.
- Experience in transforming requirements into testing artifacts.
- Participation in IT Audits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
Considered as an Advantage:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or relevant education.
- Interest in Testing industry evolution and CI/CD Practices.
- Experience in scripting – JS, Python, or any other.
- ISTQB Foundations Certification.
- Basic knowledge of test automation frameworks.
