We are now looking for a Solution Architect in the domain of service management and orchestration (SMO) to work on Ericsson Intelligent Controller (EIC)! As Solution Architect EIC, you will be responsible for analyzing, crafting, and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on customer specifications and business needs. You will also translate customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.
What you will do:
- Support pre-sales activities, including pre-studies.
- Technical lead for all installation activities.
- Plan and implement the product configuration/integration work.
- Ensure products and solutions are configured accurately per customer requirements.
- Responsible for system tuning, testing, and verification tasks.
- Identify and drive improvements.
- Share knowledge and collaborate with the team.
- Work with design, product, and customer units on customizations and implementation of new use cases.
- Hands-on experience with Ericsson Intelligent Controller EIC, including familiarity with SDKs and rApp development.
- Experience with Ericsson Cloud (CNIS).
- Experience with data collection interfaces and related integration services.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native applications.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible, Python).
- Experience with data modeling, databases (SQL/NoSQL), data analysis, and familiarity with big data technologies and platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Understanding of AI/ML techniques and tools for network optimization.
- Experience with service orchestration tools and frameworks.
