Your mission

  • Conduct live confined space demonstrations for clients, distributors, and partners, showcasing the drone and software capabilities and technical features.
  • Perform regular flight testing in the field and gather feedback to improve product features and performance.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for distributors and partners, covering drone operation, software use, safety, and troubleshooting.
  • Update and maintain technical documents such as training materials and user manuals to support effective onboarding and knowledge transfer.
  • Provide ongoing support and refresher training to ensure distributor competence in using drones and software.
  • Manage remote drone repairs, troubleshoot technical issues, and minimize customer downtime.
  • Coordinate field operations logistics, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment readiness, while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.

This is a full-time position with regular travel abroad. The base location is in our HQ, the metropolitan Lausanne area.

Your profile

  • Technical Expert in drone operation and post-processing software. Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for drones and related hardware/software. Deep understanding of drone safety, flying challenges, and limitations.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for technical products.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and distributors.
  • Ability to analyze and incorporate customer feedback to improve operations and product development.
  • Autonomous with excellent organizational and time management skills to coordinate field operations and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product development, sales, QA, and marketing to achieve shared goals.
  • Analytical mindset to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Dynamic and business savvy with an understanding of challenges that startups and scaleups are facing.
  • Fluency in English is essential; French, German, or other European languages is a plus.
