Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance analysts and subject matter experts to implement new data interfaces to feed models or finance systems.
- Plan, develop, test and support ETL/ELT processes including associated data storage structures.
- Perform processing reviews, analyze execution plans, refactor inefficient processes, and review bottlenecks.
- Build and execute test cases to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Member of on-duty rotations team to ensure production continuity.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent knowledge of Data warehouse / Data lake house design best practices (star schemas, data vault, data mesh, data products).
- Excellent knowledge of SQL Server language and storage engine behavior; execution plan review is your natural query performance tool.
- Good knowledge of SSAS Tabular and multidimensional platform and languages (DAX, MDX) or strong appetite to become a reference.
- Experience in designing and developing Power BI datasets and reports.
- Good knowledge of PowerShell.
- Good knowledge of banking data, positions, and transactions typologies.
- Knowledge of T24 banking system is a plus.
- Experience with Python, Spark, Kafka, .NET is a plus.
- Azure Data Engineer certification or commitment to become certified during the first year.
- Willingness to learn a wider range of technologies, including legacy ones.

- 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Passionate about data processing and technology in general.
- Enjoy reading and learning about technology for personal interest.
- Curious and focused; you always ensure to get your questions addressed, and you enjoy novelty.
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
