Global Quality Manager Distribution Quality (m/f/d)
Freelance/temporary employment for a project. Start date: asap. Reference number: 773042/1.
Responsibilities
- Manage GDP non-conformities
- Manage Logistics related events (Temperature Monitoring issues, Damages, etc.)
- Provide timely quality impact assessments, Expert Opinions & Expert Statements concerning the affected commercial and clinical products
- Maintain compliance
- Ensure adherence to company PQS requirements both internally and at our Global contracted services (e.g., revise/maintain local SOPs, QAG, etc.)
- Support Logistics quality aspects for ongoing Global projects and initiatives (Air2Sea, Shipping Qualification, company Sustainability Goal Net 0)
Profile
- Bachelor in life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, physics or engineering as well as first experience in Quality Assurance/Management within Pharmaceutical, Food or Supply industry
- Sound knowledge of current international Good Distribution/Manufacturing Practices (GDP & GMP)
- Highly competent in MS Office or Google Suite applications; advantageous: experience with SAP and Veeva
- Fluency in oral and written English is necessary
- Ability to quickly understand and learn new IT systems (e.g., Document management system, discrepancy management system, etc.)
- Proven teamwork skills with regards to building strong relationships, effective communication and conflict management, finding workable compromises, etc.
