Job Description:
- Serve as the spokesperson for Skyguide, leading a small team
- Own and lead the Crisis Communications process
- Represent Media Relations internally towards senior management and within the Communications Team
- Organize proactive media relations in Switzerland and neighboring countries as appropriate
- Act as a project owner, manager, or participant in various company projects
- Analyze customer needs and respond to Air Traffic Management related requests from customers, partners, and the public
- Ensure key messaging on topics of public interest is documented and up-to-date; act as the interface between major aviation partners and customers (airlines, airports, government, others) to coordinate Public Relations efforts
- Train internal spokespeople
- As a senior member of the Communications Leadership team, contribute to the department\’s strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- Degree in communication, economics, or business administration
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Media relations
- Profound knowledge of Air Traffic Management processes is preferred
- Fluent in German, French, and English, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; team-oriented
