Job Description:
We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a ICT System Engineer (German Speaking) . This role is a permanent position based in Bern Canton & comes with some office allowance.
Your Role:
- Provision, operate & further develop a stable, reliable, sustainable & modern ICT infrastructure.
- Hold responsibility for the smooth operations & maintenance of applications on various platforms.
- Monitor & analyze security events & threats in the ICT landscape in Real Time.
- Work with other teams to ensure ICT security & to develop & implement security strategies.
- Hold responsibility for the continuous test management applications.
- Work closely with the service desk & other teams to solve complex application problems.
Your Skills:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in ICT System Engineering (more senior candidates with 10+ years of experience are also encouraged to apply).
- Skilled & experienced in both Windows & Linux OS Environments.
- Strong expertise in the Administration of IT Infrastructures & Cloud Services.
- Skilled & experienced in Ticketing Systems, IT Management Tools & Network Administration & Security.
- An in-depth knowledge of ITIL processes.
Your Profile:
- Completed University Degree in the area of Computer Science or similar.
- Collaborative, analytical, resilient & both solution, team & service-oriented.
- Fluent in English & German language skills (to at least C1 Level) are mandatory requirements.
