Your Tasks:
- Lead and support customer, optimisation and improvement projects in the relevant area.
- Responsible for the introduction of new products into wafer production.
- Create project plans and resource requirements.
- Monitor and control project budget and resource allocation.
- Perform risk assessments and develop measures to minimise risks.
- Coordinate schedules with PPS, Sales, external suppliers, and process engineers.
- Develop work and quality documents for new products in cooperation with other departments.
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in the field of engineering (microtechnology, mechanical engineering, automation).
- Proven experience in leading customer, optimisation and improvement projects.
- Knowledge of wafer production and introduction of new products.
- Strong skills in creating project plans and resource requirements.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for schedule coordination with various stakeholders.
- Good written and spoken English and German skills.
