Are you a driven sales professional looking to make a real impact in the rapidly evolving world of Web3 and financial technology?

We have partnered with a leading provider of financial compliance solutions for digital assets, using Web3 technology to automate accounting, reporting, and audits.

To support continued growth, we have been instructed to find a Sales Lead for the EMEA region, to spearhead new business efforts and drive revenue growth.

This is a high impact, individual contributor role where you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals that shape the future of financial compliance in the digital asset space.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets in the EMEA region.
  2. Identify and target ideal clients within Web3, crypto accounting, and financial sectors through in-depth market research.
  3. Engage and prospect across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, industry events, partnerships, and cold calling.
  4. Understand client pain points and present tailored solutions for crypto accounting, audit, financial reporting, and reconciliation challenges.
  5. Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  6. Track sales metrics and analyze data to refine strategy and improve performance.

What We\’re Looking For

  1. 3-5 years of proven new logo sales experience in Web3 and crypto accounting.
  2. Strong knowledge of SaaS accounting software.
  3. Experience in accounting and financial reporting.
  4. Self-motivated and resilient mindset.
  5. Thrive in an autonomous role and embrace challenges with a refuse to lose attitude.
  6. Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as needed.
