Job Description:
This appeals to you:
- From requirements engineering, concept, commissioning, verification to series production, you will develop complex electronics for battery-powered surveying instruments.
- Sophisticated circuit designs using ECAD and simulation tools.
- Design and implementation of embedded sensor software in C/C++ for peripheral MCUs or application processors (Power Management, HMI, IMU, camera modules, etc.).
- You will be taking over responsibility in the role as project manager: Coordinate and represent the expert group in the core team and enable the interdisciplinary development of solutions. You will communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Specifying equipment (e.g. batteries, chargers, cables, etc.) for external development partners.
- Depending on your specialization, you help shape the technology roadmap as part of a gatekeeper or expert group and carry out technology projects.
This is you:
- You have a degree (FH/Uni) in electronics / electrical engineering or similar and have completed a master’s degree if applicable.
- You have at least 10 years of work experience in the development of electronic designs with embedded software development.
- Knowledge of SI/PI simulation and thermal management is an advantage.
- Experience in innovation projects in the role as Project Manager with a broad system understanding.
- You enjoy the collaboration with external development partners.
- A networked and highly entrepreneurial mindset.
- Positive mindset with a very independent way of working.
- English and German spoken and written.
