Your main responsibilities
- Co-create and drive the implementation of a group-wide organizational development framework to improve organizational efficiency and outcomes.
- Key resource for a successful strategy implementation with dual operating methods (Run & Change, Ambidexterity)
- Champion the company’s ongoing journey towards a purpose-and-values-driven organization
- Collaborate strategically with relevant project team members to conceptualize, assess, design, and implement change based on identified needs.
- Contribute to integration of D&I in all organizational development interventions.
- Drive and expand the Secure Base Leadership journey across the organization to enhance the skills and capabilities of current and future leaders.
Your profile
- Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, People Management or related field
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading international transformational processes and managing complex organizational change initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to coach, support, and challenge stakeholders across all hierarchical levels and to guide and inspire teams and foster a culture of trust, learning, feedback and accountability
- Demonstrated experience in designing programs that align with business needs, culture, and defined objectives
- Proficient in English and in either German or French
