Job Description:
Our dynamic start-up client is currently searching for a Senior Process Engineer to join the team within the cleanroom environment to set up production processes for the company’s future products.
The role will involve fabricating photonic integrated circuits within the cleanroom and researching and developing new production processes. Documenting cleanroom processes and performing quality control will be an important part of the role, as well as engaging with external foundries to establish large scale production.
Required skills for the Senior Process Engineer will include:
- Strong semiconductor wafer fab process experience
- Photolithography, deposition, etch and metrology knowledge
- Experience with chip singulation desirable
- Strong communication skills
- MSc or PhD in physics, chemistry, photonics, or a related field
