Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a consistent soft services delivery in all our Geneva sites (Satigny & La Plaine) for non-manufacturing spaces.
  • Drive and lead external providers, ensure a consistent approach so they can act as centres of excellence in soft services, cleaning, catering and event management.
  • Act as key and referring contact for our key stakeholders both visiting and based in Geneva, ensure coordination to provide a solid soft services delivery, develop a consistent visitor & client experience for our corporate events in our Geneva corporate centre.
  • Define, implement Services Strategy and infuse innovative & hospitality mindset contributing to improve the employee & client experience onsite and the attractiveness of dsm-firmenich.
  • Manage space optimization and transformation projects (in a context of hybrid working) with the right level of communication and change management.
  • Measure and follow up service delivery, propose service improvements and lead providers toward excellence, cooperate with site lead, hard services and labs service leads to ensure integrated facility management and workplace experiences across all our Geneva non-manufacturing sites.
  • Act as a force of propositions in our Group Real Estate & Workplace Management structure, understand its challenges, work with site and labs leads as well as hard services managers and engage external providers to deliver a unified and consistent service delivery in our sites.

You Bring:

  • BSc/MSc in Hospitality management (EHL), Facility management, Event management or equivalent.
  • +10 years of relevant experience in hospitality services (events, catering, hotel industry).
  • Strategic thinking in designing soft/hospitality services delivery and event management.
  • Proven capacity to measure (KPI), monitor and follow internal and external customer satisfaction along with a strong business and operational mindset.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with track records of framework deployment with processes and procedures to deliver high service delivery levels in both soft services and event management.
  • Ability to lead change management, communicate and deliver a consistent message to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a Community Manager with the ability to deal with key stakeholders and foster a campus mindset for our Geneva corporate centre.
