We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our dynamic team in the financial services sector. This pivotal role will focus on leveraging digital technologies to drive transformative outcomes and enhance business efficiency.

What you will do :

• Lead complex digital transformation projects within the financial services industry.
• Develop and implement strategies that utilize digital solutions to enhance operational processes.
• Help enhancing and building high performance teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

Your profile :

• Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives in the financial services sector.
• Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of digital technologies relevant to financial services.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Fluent in German and English, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ideally you have SAP and / or Service Now background
