Job Description
Job Purpose: Responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This role involves working closely with customers to ensure optimal performance of their machinery and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of semiconductor equipment and systems. Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and effectively to minimise downtime. Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections as per established schedules. Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation. Document all service activities, including service reports and customer feedback. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of semiconductor industry trends and technologies. Collaborate with senior engineers and management to resolve complex issues. Skills and Knowledge
Diploma or certificate in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field 0-2 years of experience in field service engineering or technical support, particularly in the semiconductor industry. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues. Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and team members. Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as required. Valid driver's license Annual gross salary starting from 48.000€ depending on experience and skill level. Final compensation will be determined based on candidates experience and skills. Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
