TOM PARKER ist ein schweizerischer Vermittler von Fach- und Führungskräften, spezialisiert auf Stellen im Supply Chain in der Schweiz.

We are searching for a R&D Electronic Engineer (m/w/d) 100 % for our customer in Baden or Bern in Switzerland.

Tasks:

1. Develop and maintain hardware systems.
2. Design, implement, and test novel hardware solutions, comparing and benchmarking against other units to identify optimal approaches.
3. Compose detailed technical descriptions for functionalities and components, ensuring comprehensive technical documentation.
4. Play an active and innovative role in cross-functional initiatives.

Profile:

1. Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field of study.
2. Expertise in the field of telecommunications, accompanied by at least 3 years of experience in digital design centered around packet-switched technologies.
3. Proficiency in advanced microprocessor and peripherals design.
4. Familiarity with TDM/SDH/PDH, analog electronics, power supply systems, voice (two-wire/four-wire) interfaces, and thermal simulation techniques is advantageous.
5. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
6. Effective communication abilities, coupled with adept networking and influential capabilities.
