Procurement / Purchasing Specialist (m/f)

TomFit AG is an innovative company based in Oetwil am See and Stettbach, specialising in time-efficient and personalised strength training. Our innovative equipment enables short, efficient workouts that automatically adapt to individual progress. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Procurement / Purchasing Specialist (m/f) (50% workload), available immediately or by arrangement.

Your challenge

• Independent sourcing and evaluation of products and materials (metal, electronics, wood, textiles)
• Building and maintaining supplier relationships and collaborating with manufacturers
• Obtaining and comparing quotes
• Searching for and comparing suppliers
• Close collaboration with our young production and engineering team
• Proactive identification of optimisation potential in the supply chain
• Order processing, deadline monitoring and quality control on goods receipt
• Collecting and forwarding invoices to our accounting department

Your profile

• Commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Basic technical understanding an advantage (mechanical and electronic components)
• Proactive, communicative personality with an eye for detail
• Independent working style
• Good German and English skills
• Confident use of Microsoft tools; experience with ERP and AI an advantage
