The role

We have big plans for Tomorrow. Our vision: Establish sustainable finance at the heart of society. That’s a hell of a lot of work – so let’s get started.

As our (Junior) IT Administrator (f/m/x), you will support our IT infrastructure and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees and the smooth running of our team’s day-to-day operations. In close collaboration with our IT Administrator, you will take on various IT responsibilities and projects. You will also be the designated contact for different stakeholders and suppliers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting our People & Culture team with onboarding and offboarding tasks, such as creating accounts and setting up hardware.
  • Managing our IT assets to ensure the accurate traceability of devices and tools.
  • Providing first-level IT support to our employees using Jira Service Management.
  • Documenting processes and guidelines on Confluence.
  • The administration and maintenance of company-wide tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, 1Password and others.

What you can expect

What we’re looking for

  • You should have already gained your first experience in the field of IT administration or a similar role.
  • You have plenty of experience using Windows and Apple devices.
  • You’ve already worked in first-level IT support and are familiar with tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Troubleshooting and solving problems are your thing, and you really care about providing an excellent service for your colleagues.
  • You are organized and a stickler for detail – and take a proactive approach to maintaining IT processes and documentation.
  • Ideally, you should have basic knowledge of mobile device management (e.g. Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune) and have already gained your first experience with Okta for IAM (Identity and Access Management).
  • You are fluent in German and English, written as well as spoken.
  • You support the idea to create a better future for everyone by using money as a force for good.

What we offer

It will be fun too, we promise! Together with more than 100 like-minded colleagues, you will work every day to win people over to sustainable finance. Our culture is based on our values, our active new work philosophy and on clear, ambitious goals. But the best way to get to know us is to come and meet us and experience Tomorrow for yourself.

Salary

35.200 – 41.600 EUR annual gross + one-time 5.000 EUR in virtual shares (32 h / week)

Transparency is Queen (and King). This is why we indicate a salary range for all jobs. Once we have got to know you better in an interview, we will be able to assess you individually and find out where you fit in our transparent salary matrix.

You want to work remotely?

We want to give all employees at Tomorrow the opportunity to organize their personal life and working hours flexibly and in keeping with their own requirements. Working from home and mobile work are therefore integral parts of our remote-friendly work culture. At the same time, we believe in the huge advantages of meeting up and working together in person. Our fantastic office in Hamburg is the perfect space for this and available to you any time. Our office is wheelchair-accessible, has ground-level access and offers flexible options for designing your workspace. We expect our future (Junior) IT-Admin (f/m/x) to spend a minimum of 2 days per month working on-site in our office. We will be happy to discuss all other details with you when we meet you (virtually) in person. One more thing: for organizational reasons, this position requires your place of residence to be in Germany.

What’s the next step?

We’d like to welcome you to our community.

That is why we want to engage with you at eye level and invite you to come as you are – even if you think you don’t fit all the requirements yet.

If you’re interested in working with us we need the following from you:

  • Your resume, without photo or birth information
  • Your salary expectations and earliest possible starting date.
  • A few sentences about your motivation to build the banking of tomorrow with us

Besides, we would appreciate it if you let us know how you would like to be addressed (pronoun / preferred name) so that we can take that into account throughout the application process.

Our interview process:

  • First interview around cultural aspects and experience | Talent Acquisition
  • Professional deep dive | IT Administrator & Talent Acquisition
  • Final interview | IT Administrator & Platform Team Lead
