What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations — ideally with 3PL management exposure.
• Structured, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on mentality.

You as part of tonies

As our Logistics & Inventory Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing our local 3PL operations for the DACH market. Together with the team, you’ll ensure that all logistics and fulfillment processes run smoothly, efficiently, and always with our customers’ satisfaction in mind.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include

• Manage and coordinate daily logistics operations and distribution for the DACH market.
• Coordinate the company’s needs with 3PL partners, ensuring their implementation under the best possible time and cost aspects.
• Ensure the 3PL partners\‘ operations for the DACH market are consistently cost‑efficient and remain compliant with the allocated budget.
• Oversee monthly product launches – from planning quantities to the timely release of orders to 3PLs.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and support continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
• Act as a point of contact for delivery‑related inquiries from internal stakeholders and customers.
