Your role as part of tonies

As a Production Project Manager , you will implement standardized, reliable, and lean manufacturing processes supporting our Toniebox suppliers. You will act as a key interface between internal product development and external manufacturing partners, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and scalable production. Your work will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in a high-volume consumer electronics environment.

Your responsibilities include

• Planning, coordinating, implementing, and documenting production projects with stakeholders.
• Designing, maintaining, and optimizing production workflows for efficiency and quality.
• Identifying automation opportunities and applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies for performance improvement.
• Managing relationships with manufacturing partners to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
• Monitoring production performance and driving cost-effective enhancements.
• Ensuring quality standards are met and initiating corrective actions when needed.
• Conducting workshops and training to embed lean principles across teams.

What we are looking for

• A technical degree in Engineering, Production, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in production management or similar roles.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, especially in high-volume electronics.
• A structured, solution-oriented, and hands-on project management style.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills across international teams.
• A proactive team player passionate about problem-solving.
• Alignment with our collaborative, open-minded company culture.
• Business-fluent English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly to supplier sites.
