What we are looking for:
- Several years of experience as a People Partner in global, fast-scaling environments, ideally within dynamic, high-growth companies.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law in Germany, with additional exposure to standards in markets such as the US or UK and collaboration with local P&C teams.
- Proven ability to align people strategies with business goals, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and bringing strong business acumen.
- Skilled at systemic thinking and problem-solving, with the ability to understand interconnections between people, processes, and structures and translate insights into long-term solutions.
- Track record of coaching and developing leaders, providing actionable guidance on leadership, feedback, and people management.
- Operates with ownership and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset, ensuring leaders receive proactive, reliable, and thoughtful support.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, able to build trust and alignment across teams and stakeholders through empathy and clarity.
- Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt style to different audiences.
- Comfortable working in an international setup and flexible across time zones, including occasional collaboration with US-based colleagues.
