Your mission
- Understanding customer growth from the existing account base through cross-selling and upselling
- Increasing customer retention and growth in line with individual KPIs
- Managing incoming new B2B customer streams
- Identifying customer demands and preparing quotations
- Embracing the features of our CRM system
- Working independently with room for self-organization in account management
Your profile
- Any Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in B2B sales
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset
- Enthusiasm for sales and the circular economy/circular IT
- Fluent in at least one of the mentioned countries‘ languages and good English skills for internal communication
