What you'll do

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for AI initiatives that align with Toolbx's overall business objectives.
• Lead a team of product managers and collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the AI landscape, ensuring Toolbx remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Prioritize the product roadmap based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality AI products.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI products and iterate on them based on data-driven insights.
• Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation within the product team, encouraging the exploration of new ideas and technologies.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of AI products to customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience (7+ years) in product management, with a focus on AI or machine learning products.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, methodologies, and best practices, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring product teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making and product improvements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
