We are looking to recruit for our Rostock - Laage location.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections and preventive and corrective maintenance on aircraft avionics and mission systems, including V/UHF and NAV/COM systems, multifunction displays (MFD), radar warning receivers (RWR); repair, install and modify mission systems.
  • Troubleshoot, analyse and rectify faults in aircraft electrical and electronic systems.
  • Repair, install, modify and replace avionics and mission systems in accordance with maintenance documentation and aviation regulatory requirements.
  • Carry out calibrations, functional checks and performance tests of avionics systems on the ground and support system tests after maintenance activities.
  • Release work in accordance with the scope of your EASA CAT B2 licence, including preparing proper technical documentation.
  • Ensure that all spare parts are inspected, approved, certified and correctly documented before installation.

Requirements / Profile

  • Completed training as an avionics technician / aircraft electronics technician.
  • Valid EASA CAT B2 licence is an advantage.
  • Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of avionics and aircraft electrical systems.
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (national and international).
