Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will lead regional Mass Data sales activity across Europe from a remote location. You’ll coach a team of specialists to support Topcon and distributor sales, while shaping the Mass Data strategy and enabling sales personnel with technical and commercial expertise. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and pursue strategic partnerships to grow market share and meet customer needs. This role offers impact across cross-functional teams, with a focus on scaling Mass Data adoption and partnerships in a dynamic market. You will be at the forefront of aligning sales execution with Topcon’s mission to connect data, workflows, and users.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage and develop the Mass Data sales activity regionally
- Support local Topcon sales teams and Mass Data distributors
- Develop strategy to uplift Mass Data knowledge among sales personnel
- Provide technical and commercial guidance in negotiations and demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize market share and customer satisfaction
- Identify and propose strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities with software partners and other channels
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 7–10 years of experience in sales management within mass distribution
- Proven success selling directly to end-users and via distributors
- Deep understanding of the European mass distribution market, regulatory context, trends, and competitive landscape
- Experience managing a team of product sales specialists
- Strong people management and communication skills
