Investment Associate / Senior Associate

Our client, international and well-established Investment Company is looking for Investment Associate / Senior Associate professionals to join their team in Switzerland.

Responsibilities :

1. Deal Sourcing : Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the different sectors;
2. Due Diligence : Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investment targets, assessing financials, market potential, competitive landscape, and management teams.
3. Financial Modeling and Valuation : Create detailed financial models to assess the potential returns and valuation of investment opportunities.
4. Portfolio Management : Monitor and support portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to drive growth and operational improvements.
5. Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in the different sectors.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or relevant roles.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Deep understanding of the different industries.
• Knowledge of German language.
